FC WHEELING TRAVEL SOCCER
FC Wheeling United is the travel arm of WASA, designed for players who want to push themselves with higher-level training and competitive play. Our travel teams train with experienced coaches, compete in leagues and tournaments across the region, and focus on developing the technical skills, tactical awareness, and work ethic needed for success on and off the field. Players wear the FC Wheeling badge with pride, representing both their team and the Greater Wheeling community.

Safety First, Always
At FC Wheeling, we take player safety seriously. All of our coaches and volunteers complete background checks and follow best practices for youth sports, including CPR and First Aid training. We structure practices and games around age-appropriate guidelines, with careful attention to conditioning, hydration, and recovery. Our goal is to create a positive, competitive environment where players can train hard, stay safe, and enjoy the game they love.

FC Wheeling Travel Soccer Registration
Players interested in joining FC Wheeling United must go through a tryout process to ensure the right fit for our travel teams. Registration is completed online through our secure third-party system, where families can view upcoming tryout dates, upload required documents, and secure a spot once rosters are set. Space is limited, so we encourage families to register early and stay connected for updates on schedules and requirements.

FC WHEELING TRYOUT INFORMATION – FALL 2025
Tryouts for the Fall 2025 season will be held on June 10-12 at the Sonneborne soccer fields at Wheeling Park. All players are welcome! Please click the button below to register and for more information. Contact Coach Thomas at fcwheeling@gmail.com with any questions.
All tryouts are FREE. All players will be evaluated and recommended for travel or in-house teams.
